Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bulk/wholesale orders (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Customized or private label products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution accordingly

Return Process

  2. Our team will review and approve the request
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within  5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or alternative will be offered
